Sokratis P. Kokkalis
Chairman, Executive Member

The founder and majority shareholder of the INTRACOM Group who in 1977 envisioned the creation of an advanced technology hub in Greece and has been a leading member of the Greek business community for the past 40 years. He holds degrees in Physics and Electronics and is an active sponsor of leading educational, cultural, athletic and business initiatives in Southeast Europe. In 1997 he became a John Harvard Fellow after establishing the Kokkalis Program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. In 1998 he founded the non-profit Kokkalis Foundation, focusing on educational and regional development. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, he also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. For many years he was the president and major shareholder of Olympiacos FC, Greece’s leading football club.

Constantinos G. Antonopoulos
Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive Member

A founding member and shareholder of INTRALOT, which he led as CEO (1992-2013) and where he currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He launched his career by joining major Greek industrial enterprises, such as the Hellenic and Eleusis Shipyards and held a succession of expert positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry, before joining INTRACOM in 1989.

He has received numerous distinctions, including "Manager of the Year 2013", and was inducted in the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame in 2007. He participates in a number of bilateral chambers and associations, and is also a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and a member of the Hellenic Entrepreneurs Association.

He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Systems Reliability from the University of Manchester (UMIST). 

Antonios I. Kerastaris
CEO & Executive Member

Mr. Antonios Kerastaris is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of INTRALOT Group, a leading multinational gaming solutions provider and licensed operator. He assumed this role in 2014 after serving as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. As INTRALOT’s Chief Executive he works with the board, management teams, and company partners around the world to design and implement strategic goals, key investments, and operational models that align with technological and consumer trends as well as operational best-practices of the modern era across markets.

Previously he has served as Chief Executive of hellas online, a main telephony and internet provider in Greece and member of the INTRACOM Group of Companies. In his 23 years of work experience he has held numerous senior financial executive positions in the areas of telephony, hospitality, retail, and automotive industries such as Procter & Gamble, Hilton, Mercedes and OTE Group of Companies.

Mr. Kerastaris holds a degree in Business Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is married and father of two children.

Konstantinos S. Kokkalis
Non-Executive Member

Since January 2014 Mr. Kokkalis is the Chief Executive Officer of INTRACOM Holdings, a leading technology portfolio company, where he previously served as the company’s Deputy Executive Officer and Business Development Executive. Prior to becoming CEO of INTRACOM Holdings he served as Corporate Strategy Director, Deputy Executive Officer (2009-2013) and CEO of hellas online, a leading provider of broadband and fixed-line telephony in Greece, until November 2014 when it was acquired by Vodafone Greece. Heholds a seat on the BoD of INTRALOT, a global leading gaming technology supplier and operator, and in all Intracom Holdings subsidiaries. In 2014, he was elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).

He holds a BSc degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University and an Executive Graduate Diploma in Finance from Columbia University. 

Dimitrios Ch. Klonis
Non-Executive Member

Dimitrios Klonis holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of London and was a recipient of a number of educational awards and scholarships from the Greek Government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. He has served as Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece, a Professor at Deree College and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens.

He joined INTRACOM in 1994 and has been INTRACOM Group's CFO and a member of the Board of Directors since 1995. He has served as General Manager, Finance & Administration (1995-2004), Executive General Manager of the Corporate Center (2005-2006), Executive Director, Group Financial Management (2006-2011) and Vice-Chairman & Deputy CEO (2011-2013). In 2014 he was appointed Chairman of the BoD of INTRACOM Holdings and of most subsidiary boards as well.

Petros C. Souretis
Non-Executive Member

Mr. Souretis was born in 1969. He holds a civil engineer degree from Aristotelio University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in “Structures of Hazards” from CITY University of London and an International MBA degree from the University of Economics of Athens. From 1997 until the end of 2003 he held executive positions in Elliniki Technodomiki group – ΤΕV. Since December 2003 he holds the position of CEO of INTRAKAT. In January 2005 he was appointed CEO of INTRAMET and held the position until the merger of INTRAMET by INTRAKAT in December 2005. He is a Non Executive member of the BoD of INTRALOT since 2008 and in 2012 he undertook the position of CEO of KEKROPS SA.

Furthermore, Mr Souretis holds executive positions in subsidiary companies of the INTRAKAT Group.

Sotirios N. Filos
Independent Non-Executive Member

An economist specializing in accounting and internal control, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS as an independent non-executive member in 2009.

Anastasios M. Tsoufis
Independent Non-Executive Member

Mr. An. Tsoufis studied Law at the University of Athens and he is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

Yannis P. Tsoukaridis
Independent Non-Executive Member

Mr. Yannis Tsoukaridis was born in 1947 in Athens. He is a graduate from the Athens University of Economics, Department of Economics and Commercial Sciences (AUEB ). He is the major shareholder of the listed in the ASE company PAPERPACK S.A. He began his career in 1973 immediately after graduation. In 1979 he was appointed General Manager and Financial Manager of the Company. From 1996 until today he holds the position of President & CEO of the Company and the Group PAPERPACK. Moreover, since 1982 he participates as equal partner and manager of the companies BENETTON and SISLEY, in the sector of trade clothing.
