Tom Little
President & CEO

Tom Little, has been the President and CEO of Intralot USA, since its inception.  Prior to that, Tom had twenty-five years experience with one company, Scientific Games, where he worked as a programmer analyst, an account liaison, Vice President of International Sales, and ultimately as Senior Vice President and part-owner.
Mr. Little has played a major role in the development of instant game systems, on-line systems, terminal designs and many other important facets of lottery-related products and services.
Tom’s background and related industry experience includes:

  • Working at a senior level with more than 75 lotteries throughout the world on all aspects of lottery operations, including game design, prize structure, advertising, promotions, distribution, warehousing, data processing requirements and retailers.
  • Managing, designing and implementing Scientific Games first instant ticket system, first video lottery system and first on-line players system.
  • Collaborating on the invention of on-line lottery terminals featuring many new advances in lottery terminal functionality and operations.
  • Developing on-line game application software related to validation, agent accounting, terminal activity and game summaries.
  • Designing and implementing the first on-line video lottery system terminal capable of dispensing prizes directly to the consumer.
  • Implementing daily on-line transaction processing and agent sales reports for five on-line lottery systems.
  • Developing and implementing complete instant ticket systems, including ticket accounting, claims validation, and distribution systems for Michigan, New York, Connecticut, and Ohio lotteries.
  • Developing the Michigan Lottery's instant ticket weekly television show that broadcast a drawing. This included interfacing with the television station and ad agency, as well as designing the games.
  • Directing Illinois' video lottery project and serving as project leader for the central site software system.
  • Developing validation systems for the Maryland and Illinois lotteries.
  • Directing the implementation of an instant ticket finishing plant in the United Kingdom; establishing complete sales and systems functionality for the UK facility.
  • Managing a major joint venture project with La Francaise des Jeux for terminal design and development, and the installation of over 15,000 validation terminals.


Tom attended Purdue University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
