Lynn Becker
Vice President of Business Development 

Lynn Becker, Vice President of Business Development of Intralot USA, has 18 years of experience in the industry, starting with Scientific Games.  His last position there was Senior Director of IS.  Lynn was the former Controller overseeing manufacturing costs for instant tickets in SGI’s Georgia and California facilities. 
Lynn was responsible for hardware purchases and implementations for Scientific Games online systems.
Lynn’s background and related industry experience includes:

• Directing all SGI IT staff and related functions, including: personnel, systems support, budgets, and operating costs.
• Managing IT development staff responsible for systems used by the company running Win2000, NT, UNIX, VMS, and VOS with server engines such as Oracle, MS SQL 7 and Domino.
• Responsibility for information technology related activities, development, systems support, and help desk, as well as fiscal responsibility for budgets and operating costs.  Duties include programming of networks, servers, workstations, customer based transaction processing systems and asset management systems.
• Providing fiscal and technical management support for systems, manufacturing, packaging and shipping of instant game tickets.
• Managing the documentation department, which was responsible for all in-house and customer documentation and successfully transitioned the publications to secure ISO 9000 certification.
• Developing EDP audit functions, policies and procedures for the State of Iowa’s Auditor’s Office.
• Experience with large-scale rollout of servers and communication networks linked to central data centers worldwide.

Lynn has a B.A. from the University of Iowa with a double major in Computer Science and Accounting.
