Ioannis Katakis
General Commercial Director, INTRALOT S.A.

Mr. Ioannis Katakis is the General Commercial Director of INTRALOT.
He has a BSc and a MSc in Electronic Engineering from Sheffield University and a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Strathclyde.

He started his professional career in ’81- ‘ 87 as a Research Worker and External Consultant, first of the University of Sheffield and subsequently of the University of Strathclyde. Then he worked as Deputy Director in the Management of Development Programs in INTRACOM. Moreover, from September ’94 – ‘98 he was founder member and General Director of EUROCOM EXPERTISE S.A.. an operation of INTRACOM Group of Companies. From June ’98 – Dec. ’03 he was Deputy General Director in ΙNTRALOT.
