Born in 1952. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Clayton, USA.

From 1992 to 1995 he worked as Deputy General Director in INTRALOT. Then he was General Director (External Network and Distribution) in NEOSET until 1997, and during the period March ’97 - December ’98 he worked in KANTOR CONSULTANTS, holding the position of the Private Sector Director.

From January ΄99 he is the General Director of INSTANT LOTTERY S.Α. and from December ’03 Member of the B.O.D. & General Director International Operations of INTRALOT. Since 2010, Mr. Mavroudis holds the position of Managing Director for Europe and N. Africa Region.
