INTRALOT S.A., following its announcement dated 30.08.2017, notifies that Gamenet Group S.p.A. completed  on December 4, 2017 the book –building process related to the offering of existing ordinary shares owned by TCP Lux Eurinvest to institutional investors. The offering price is equal to €7.50 per share, while the market capitalization of Gamenet will be equal to €225 million. The first day of trading scheduled for December 6, 2017. INTRALOT Italian Investments B.V., a subsidiary of INTRALOT S.A., maintains its participation of 20% in Gamenet.
