Sokratis P. Kokkalis

Visionary founder and majority shareholder of the INTRACOM Group, he launched the first advanced technology hub in Greece in 1977. A leading member of the Greek business community, he is an active sponsor of leading educational, cultural and athletic initiatives in SE Europe. With degrees in Physics and Electronics, he became a John Harvard Fellow in 1997 after establishing the Kokkalis Program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. In 1998 he founded the non-profit Kokkalis Foundation, a public benefit institution focusing on educational and regional development. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, he also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. For many years he was the president and major shareholder of Olympiacos FC, Greece’s leading football club.

 

Constantinos G. Antonopoulos

Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive Member

Founding member and shareholder of INTRALOT, which he led as CEO for more than twenty years (1992-2013). He received numerous distinctions, including Manager of the Year 2013 and was inducted in the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame in 2007. With degrees in Electrical Engineering and Systems Reliability, he has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. He currently participates in a number of bilateral chambers and associations and is a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and the Hellenic Entrepreneurs Association.

Nikos Ι. Nikolakopoulos

As Group Deputy CEO, Nikoss Nikolakopoulos is supervising the Commercial, Operations, Digital and Technology Divisions. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Group Chief Commercial Officer, Group Chief Operating Officer, Group President Latin America, Western Europe & Africa, and Managing Director of INTRALOT Latin America. Before joining INTRALOT in 2007 as Group Strategy Director, he held leading positions in multinational IT companies, including the INTRACOM Group, Microsoft, SingularLogic, and Bull. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from La Verne University.

Chrysostomos D. Sfatos

Group Deputy CEO, Executive Member of the BoD

As Deputy CEO he is supervising the Strategy and Communications Division and the HR Division. Currently, he serves at the Board of Directors of the Athens Information Technology Center. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Group Director of Corporate Affairs at INTRALOT and Chief Communications Officer at INTRACOM Holdings and Executive Director of the Kokkalis Foundation. He holds a Chemistry PhD from Harvard University and a BS from the University of Athens.

Dimitrios Ch. Klonis

The CEO of INTRACOM Holdings and a member of the Board of Directors of the INTRACOM Group since 1995, he has also served as General Manager, Finance & Administration, Executive General Manager of the Corporate Center, Executive Director, Group Financial Manager and Vice-Chairman & Deputy CEO. In 2014 he was appointed Chairman of the BoD of INTRACOM Holdings and of most Group subsidiary boards as well. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of educational awards and scholarships from the Greek Government, the Bank of Greece, and the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation. He has served as Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece, professor at Deree College and as a member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens.

Alexandros Manos

Mr. Alexandros Manos is a seasoned executive with over 18 years experience leading companies in developing, marketing and selling internationally cutting edge technologies.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Business Economics from Brown University, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Since January 2015, he is a member of the Board of Directors & holds the Chief Executive Officer position of INTRASOFT International, a Luxembourg based leading European IT Solutions and Services Group of Companies.
Previously held positions include:
• Board Member & CEO of Intracom Telecom, an international telecommunication systems vendor
• CEO of Conklin Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, a company offering broadband solutions and IPTV to the US market.
He is a member of a several scientific, engineering and economics societies and a young global leader of WEF.

Anastasios M. Tsoufis

Yiannis P. Tsoukaridis

Mr. Yannis Tsoukaridis was born in 1947 in Athens. He is a graduate from the Athens University of Economics, Department of Economics and Commercial Sciences (AUEB ). He is the major shareholder of the listed in the ASE company PAPERPACK S.A. He began his career in 1973 immediately after graduation. In 1979 he was appointed General Manager and Financial Manager of the Company. From 1996 until today he holds the position of President & CEO of the Company and the Group PAPERPACK. Moreover, since 1982 he participates as equal partner and manager of the companies BENETTON and SISLEY, in the sector of trade clothing.

Andreas Chrysos

Group Chief Financial Officer

INTRALOT’s Chief Financial Officer since 2019 having served for the last 5 years as Group’s Budgeting and Controlling Director.

Prior to INTRALOT, in his 15 year professional experience he held senior management positions in major telecom companies including Vodafone and hellas on line. He holds a Bachelor in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as an MSc in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading.

 

Maria Stergiou

Group Chief Sales and Operations Officer

As Group Chief Sales and Operations Officer, Maria Stergiou is supervising the Sales and Operations Division, being responsible for the Group operational subsidiaries, the supervision of projects worldwide and business development, bidding, and sales.
Prior to her current appointment she has led PMO and Operations roles during her tenure in INTRALOT. Before joining INTRALOT throughout the years of her successful career she held senior positions such as Large Accounts Director at Xerox since 2005, following five years at Microsoft in roles spanning from Government Marketing to Platform Strategy.
She has an extensive professional experience over 20 years in areas of Project Management, Business Processes Reengineering, and Change Management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent, an MBA from the University of Sheffield, and a PhD in Organizational Transformation from the University of Kent.

Christos Dimitriadis

Group Chief Services and Delivery Officer

As Group Chief Services and Delivery Officer, Chris Dimitriadis is responsible for the delivery of integrated technology solutions and services to INTRALOT customers worldwide. Prior to his current appointment he served as Group Director of Information Security and Group Director of Technology Operations at INTRALOT.
He is also Director and Past Chair (2015-2017) of the Board of ISACA, an international non-for-profit association with more than 200 Chapters, serving more than 160,000 Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Audit, Risk and Compliance professionals, in 190 countries. He has also served as a member of the Permanent Stakeholders Group (PSG) of the ENISA from 2012 to 2015.
He has been working in the area of Information Technology for 19 years, he holds 3 patents, 6 awards and has authored more than 150 publications.
He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras and a PhD in Information Security from the University of Piraeus.

Fotis Konstantellos

Group Chief Lotteries Officer

As Group Chief Lotteries Officer, Fotis Konstantellos is supervising the Lotteries Division, being responsible for the product & technical development and evolution of the LOTOS platform & the terminals of the lottery ecosystem.
Prior to his current appointment he has led INTRALOT’s product transformation, customer experience, and the online gaming division. Before joining INTRALOT during the 25 years of his professional career he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Hellas Online, a telephony provider and in various positions including technical, operations, project management and commercial development at the telephony operators Vodafone and Wind.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne Australia.
