ANNOUNCEMENT (12/07/2016)
In continuation to the announcement dated 11/7/2016 related to the completion of the acquisition of a 49% stake in Eurobet, Intralot announces that the cost of the transaction will amount to €19.5m. The proceeds will be paid as follows: €5.85m upfront and the remaining in installments over an 18month period. The EV/Ebitda multiple of the acquired stake is in the vicinity of 5x.
