Following clarifications requested by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, regarding the Company’s announcement on 09.11.2013 related to the litigation of our subsidiary in the U.S., INTRALOT Inc., against the Department of Revenue of the State of Illinois concerning the privatization process of the State Lottery held in 2010, we clarify the following:

The Department of Revenue of the State of Illinois clarifies and confirms in its letter that the non advancement of our subsidiary to the second phase of the tender process was not related to the reputation and integrity of the company, as referred in relevant press publications based on a report by Kroll.

The purpose of the litigation initiated by our subsidiary was not the restitution of a financial loss, given that the company participated in the relevant tender pursuing a new contract in the State of Illinois and not for the renewal of an existing project, but the confirmation of the reputation and integrity of the Company which are two very important factors in the sector that the company operates globally.
