Announcement (amendment of the share buy-back program)
INTRALOT S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, article 4,1,4,2 of the regulation of ATHEX and based on the resolution of the Shareholder’s Annual General Meeting which took place on the 19.05.2015, approved the amendment of the share buy-back program in relation to the range of value which may provide for the share buy-back and specifically such range was set from 1 to 12 Euro.
