The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 13, 2017:

- through EUROXX Securities 15,893 own shares with an average price of €1.0425 per share and a total purchase price €16,568.72 and

- through NBG Securities 19,594 own shares with an average price of €1.0454 per share and a total purchase price €20,483.94.
