Notification of change in voting rights

INTRALOT announces according to L.3556/2007, that MAKURIA CREDIT MASTER FUND LTD, liable Legal Entity according to L.3556/2007, notified to our company on December 29, 2014 that the same day purchased common registered shares of INTRALOT and as a result its participation increased to 5.0227% (7,984,244 shares bearing voting rights of the 158,961,721 total number of INTRALOT’s shares).
