Τhe Company’s share capital currently amounts to forty seven million eighty eight thousand five hundred sixteen euro and thirty cents (€47.088.516,30), divided into 156.961.721 common registered shares, with a nominal value of thirty cents (€0,30) each, and the total number of voting rights on the common registered shares of the Company is 156.961.721.
