The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 29, 2017:

 - through Piraeus Securities 50,500 own shares with an average price of €1.1176 per share and a total purchase price €56,437.27 and

- through NBG Securities 8,936 own shares with an average price of €1.1281 per share and a total purchase price €10,080.53
