The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26 2016, purchased on January 2, 2018:

 - through BETA Securities 2,500 own shares with an average price of €1.126 per share and a total purchase price €2,815.00 and

- through NBG Securities 3,649 own shares with an average price of €1.146 per share and a total purchase price €4,181.77
