The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on January 10, 2017 through NBG Securities, 1,500 own shares with an average price of €1.12 per share and a total purchase price €1,680.00.
