The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 14, 2017:

- through EUROXX Securities 31,050 own shares with an average price of €1.0524 per share and a total purchase price €32,677.59 and

- through NBG Securities 13,816 own shares with an average price of €1.0542 per share and a total purchase price €14,565.00.
