The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 20, 2017:

- through BETA Securities 30,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0709 per share and a total purchase price €32,125.59,

 - through EUROXX Securities 7,500 own shares with an average price of €1.07 per share and a total purchase price €8,025.00 and

- through NBG Securities 9,400 own shares with an average price of €1.0684 per share and a total purchase price €10,043.20.
