The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on November 22, 2016 through the Investment Bank of Greece, 2,000 own shares with an average price of €1.06 per share and a total purchase price €2,120.00.
