The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on November 27, 2017 through Investment Bank of Greece 31,349 own shares with an average price of €1.0538 per share and a total purchase price €33,034.89.
