The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 9, 2018:

- through Pantelakis Securities 76,960 own shares with an average price of €0.8606 per share and a total purchase price €66,235.56,

- through Piraeus Securities 76,733 own shares with an average price of €0.8693 per share and a total purchase price €66,700.41.
