The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 8, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 176,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9925 per share and a total purchase price €174,677.41,

- through Eurobank Equities 15,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9873 per share and a total purchase price €14,809.00.
