The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 10, 2018:

- through Pantelakis Securities 52,926 own shares with an average price of €0.8860 per share and a total purchase price €46,894.47,

- through ΒΕΤΑ Securities 44,100 own shares with an average price of €0.8910 per share and a total purchase price €39,292.33.
