The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 11, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 133,093 own shares with an average price of €0.9711 per share and a total purchase price €129,240.92,

- through Piraeus Securities 32,017 own shares with an average price of €0.9745 per share and a total purchase price €31,201.25,

- through IBG 35,500 own shares with an average price of €0.9666 per share and a total purchase price €34,312.72.
