The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 13, 2018:

- through Piraeus Securities 175,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0068 per share and a total purchase price €176,191.61,

- through Eurobank Equities 35,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0163 per share and a total purchase price €35,571.30.
