The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 14, 2018:

- through NBG Securities 35,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0688 per share and a total purchase price €37,407.64,

- through Eurobank Equities 40,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0825 per share and a total purchase price €43,298.40.
