The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on April 13, 2018:

 - through Piraeus Securities 15,000 own shares with an average price of €1.164 per share and a total purchase price €17,460.00 and

- through NBG Securities 10,927 own shares with an average price of €1.167 per share and a total purchase price €12,750.23
