The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 16, 2018:

- through NBG Securities 85,687 own shares with an average price of €0.9243 per share and a total purchase price €79,203.62,

- through Piraeus Securities 49,124 own shares with an average price of €0.9182 per share and a total purchase price €45,104.75.
