The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on April 17, 2018:

- through Beta Securities 27,000 own shares with an average price of €1.191 per share and a total purchase price €32,166.00 and

- through NBG Securities 1,289 own shares with an average price of €1.202 per share and a total purchase price €1,549.13.
