The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 19, 2018:

- through Pantelakis Securities 91,900 own shares with an average price of €0.9333 per share and a total purchase price €85,768.15,

- through Euroxx Securities 9,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9277 per share and a total purchase price €8,349.02.
