The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on May 31, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 186,231 own shares with an average price of €0.9383 per share and a total purchase price €174,735.19,

- through Investment Bank of Greece 5,152 own shares with an average price of €0.9501 per share and a total purchase price €4,894.85,

- through NBG Securities 12,629 own shares with an average price of €0.9247 per share and a total purchase price €11,677.78.
