The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 19, 2018:

- through NBG Securities 50,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0881 per share and a total purchase price €54,403.02,

- through Piraeus Securities 35,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0888 per share and a total purchase price €38,109.69,

- through Eurobank Equities Securities 90,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0898 per share and a total purchase price €98,077.97.
