The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 20, 2018:

- through Eurobank Equities Securities 114,147 own shares with an average price of €1.0756 per share and a total purchase price €122,778.20,

- through NBG Securities 50,000 own shares with an average price of €1.0737 per share and a total purchase price €53,683.70.
