The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on April 20, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 23,080 own shares with an average price of €1.170 per share and a total purchase price €27,010.92 and

- through NBG Securities 2,950 own shares with an average price of €1.176 per share and a total purchase price €3,468.56.
