The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on April 23, 2018:

- through Eurobank Equities Sec. 36,500 own shares with an average price of €1.199 per share and a total purchase price €43,775.00 and

- through NBG Securities 19,767 own shares with an average price of €1.200 per share and a total purchase price €23,724.98.
