The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on September 21, 2018:
- through Euroxx Securities 5,565 own shares with an average price of €0.6476 per share and a total purchase price €3,603.82,
- through Beta Securities 59,085 own shares with an average price of €0.6549 per share and a total purchase price €38,695.74.
