The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 25, 2018:

- through Pantelakis Securities 35,000 own shares with an average price of €0.8334 per share and a total purchase price €29,169.

- through Eurobank Equities 65,000 own shares with an average price of €0.8610 per share and a total purchase price €55,964.96.
