The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 26, 2018:
- through Pantelakis Securities 38,500 own shares with an average price of €0.7832 per share and a total purchase price €30,154.
- through Eurobank Equities 59,100 own shares with an average price of €0.808628 per share and a total purchase price €47,789.91.
