The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 28, 2018:

- through Piraeus Securities 67,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9656 per share and a total purchase price €64,698.52,

- through Pantelakis Securities 49,413 own shares with an average price of €0.967 per share and a total purchase price €47,782.75.
