The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 30, 2018:

- through Piraeus Securities 30,000 own shares with an average price of €0.7080 per share and a total purchase price €21,239.73,

- through Eurobank Equities 12,000 own shares with an average price of €0.715 per share and a total purchase price €8,580.00.
