The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 2, 2018:

- through Piraeus Securities 30,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9673 per share and a total purchase price €29,019.51,

- through Pantelakis Securities 31,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9708 per share and a total purchase price €30,096.07,

- through Beta Securities 84,351 own shares with an average price of €0.9647 per share and a total purchase price €81,375.59.
