The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 3, 2018:

- through Piraeus Securities 22,500 own shares with an average price of €0.9752 per share and a total purchase price €21,941.50,

- through Euroxx Securities 18,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9565 per share and a total purchase price €17,216.49,

- through Beta Securities 97,547 own shares with an average price of €0.9721 per share and a total purchase price €94,830.28.
