The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 4, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 139,105 own shares with an average price of €0.9711 per share and a total purchase price €135,090.09,

- through Piraeus Securities 73,466 own shares with an average price of €0.9769 per share and a total purchase price €71,768.13.
