The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on July 4, 2018:

- through Pantelakis Securities 70,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9399 per share and a total purchase price €65,795.28,

- through Euroxx Securities 15,900 own shares with an average price of €0.9682 per share and a total purchase price €15,394.59,

- through IBG 38,495 own shares with an average price of €0.9730 per share and a total purchase price €37,457.16,

- through Alpha Finance 31,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9398 per share and a total purchase price €29,134.00.
