The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 6, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 92,500 own shares with an average price of €0.9868 per share and a total purchase price €91,283.07,

- through Piraeus Securities 105,285 own shares with an average price of €0.9888 per share and a total purchase price €104,101.31.
