The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on September 6, 2018: 
- through Pantelakis Securities 41,800 own shares with an average price of €0.7977 per share and a total purchase price €33,343.39. 
- through EUROXX Securities 73,000 own shares with an average price of €0.7958 per share and a total purchase price €58,093.01.
