The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 7, 2018:

- through BETA Securities 54,500 own shares with an average price of €0.9952 per share and a total purchase price €54,240.52,

- through Piraeus Securities 34,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9951 per share and a total purchase price €33,833.01,

- through Eurobank Equities 61,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9945 per share and a total purchase price €60,662.20.
