The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated June 11, 2014, purchased on December 19, 2014 through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank Equities A.E.P.E.Y, 90,000 own shares with average price €1.09 per share and a total purchase price €98,100.00.
