INTRALOT GROUP announces that via its fully owned subsidiary, INTRALOT GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV, proceeded on May 9, 2018 with the repurchase of Notes amounting to €2.7 million (€500M, 5.25% Senior Notes due 2024 ISIN XS1685702794). The aggregate amount of Notes repurchased reached €4.2 million. The Notes are traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s Euro MTF market.
