Maroussi, July 21, 2020 - The Société Anonyme with the name "INTRALOT S.A. - INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES” (distinctive title “INTRALOT”), announces the sudden loss of Sotirios Filos, Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
S. Filos served as an Independent Non-Executive Member for many years and held the position of Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Company. He was also a Member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.
